Hi Jemma,

Fast (Rapid) Refinance as Incoming Mortgagee.

Fast (Rapid) Refinance as Mortgagee on Title.

I know these will be very similar to the normal refinance ones but they are a little different.

The order you need to do things in differs (mortgage creation before you can select Rapid Refi and send invitations).

The settlement date timeframe guidelines differ.

Perhaps also some detail on how the PEXA fee works with these as well. (all charged to the IM)

Also, not all users are on Community. Will these Help Cards be available via Dashboard?

Oooh, also -

Consent to 2nd mortgage workspaces, both as IM and as CT Controller.

May need to have some specifics around WA paper titles for 2nd mortgages as well.
