Once a Financial Account is created, it must be verified to ensure the account is correct before being used. This is a certification from the Subscriber Manager that the account specified is genuine and correct.
- On your dashboard, click Administrator Tools and select Manage Subscriber Details.
- Select the Financial accounts tab.
- Locate the appropriate account n the list.
Please note: Your trust and / or fee paying account details have been entered for you by PEXA, using the information provided by you when registering.
- Review the account details to confirm their accuracy. If the BSB and/or account number is incorrect, please email PEXA’s Account Services Team (registration@pexa.com.au) to rectify.
- Hover over the account you wish to verify, then select Verify from the Actions column.
Note: Verification is automatic and the account moves to a Status of Verified.
