Once a Financial Account is created, it must be verified to ensure the account is correct before being used. This is a certification from the Subscriber Manager that the account specified is genuine and correct. 

 

  1. On your dashboard, click Administrator Tools and select Manage Subscriber Details.
  2. Select the Financial accounts tab.
  3. Locate the appropriate account n the list.
    Please note: Your trust and / or fee paying account details have been entered for you by PEXA, using the information provided by you when registering. 
  4. Review the account details to confirm their accuracy.  If the BSB and/or account number is incorrect, please email PEXA’s Account Services Team (registration@pexa.com.au) to rectify.
  5. Hover over the account you wish to verify, then select Verify from the Actions column. 
    Note: Verification is automatic and the account moves to a Status of Verified.
