The introduction of auto calculation of vendor surplus in the Settlement Summary screen aims to alleviate re-work for the practitioner when they are responsible for handing the vendor’s surplus funds.
As a practitioner, you can set up a vendor funds destination line item to automatically calculate and adjust. Turn this on and remove any rework as financial line items are added or edited at the last minute. No more final adjustments to vendor surplus amounts and re-signings - it will be done automatically for you.
This is currently in pilot with a select group of members.

- ATO GST Withholding (ALL)

PEXA will roll out the new ATO GST Withholding feature to all our members on Monday July 5th. This feature introduces Form one and Form two to the PEXA platform, making it easier for members to complete the forms and remit GST Withholding amounts within the PEXA platform. This is an optional alternative to completing GST Withholding forms on the ATO website.

We’ve extended the Address Lookup service to SA to include the Party screen and select documents that require an address.
With Address Lookup, the address field automatically populates and refines as you type, allowing you to search for a valid address quickly and efficiently without having to type in the full address.

The list of Document Types available as part of Paper Dealing has also been updated. You may be required to edit the Paper Dealing and select the appropriate Document Type required by NSW LRS to continue lodgement of this instrument

We’ve added a new Settlement Acceptance Status column on the Active Dashboard so it’s easier for you to see if the settlement date and time has been accepted by all parties in the Workspace.

To give you more control over what you see in PEXA, we’ve introduced the ability to show or hide columns on the Active Dashboard. You can customise this from the Dashboard via the 3-dots on any column header. Simply select the check boxes next to the columns you wish to display or deselect them next to the columns you wish to hide. We’ll retain these preferences for each time you log in to PEXA.
